CST-328- Module 3

What did I learn in the third week of CST-328?

This week centered on designing a game level, which pushed us to think spatially and systematically about how players would move through and experience the environment. Basically, I had a few issues  on my end due to ny internet being bad, which led to me only downloading a few assets for the level design, but I managed to make an engaging game based on what I could download. The hardest part about the whole design of the level through Unity, was getting the graphics in place, as I was required to manually set everything up and make sure the assets weren't blank, while  working through Unity, which I found out the hard way that it takes a really good understanding on how to make a single level of a game. In the end, this was the only assignment that dealt with Unity, which reinforced the importance of assets, presentation, and intent behind what the user's journey would be.
