CST-328 - Module 2
What did I learn in the second week of CST-328?
Week 2 shifted from just editing an image to focusing on a game menu redesign. This assignment was about creating a new theme from the initial menu, but it required us to create everything from scratch, which needing to follow a methodology introduced to us as CRAP. The assignment asked us to think about layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual feedback in a way that serves the player's experience. Therefore, Redesigning an existing menu introduced the practice of critically evaluating current designs and identifying where improvements could be made, while also testimg our creativity. In the end, this course seems to only have a single assignment per module, thus it will either get easier or harder from here.
