CST336 - Module 1

What did I learn in the first week of CST336?

The first week was about the introduction of CSS and HTML, which went over the basics of its implementation. I learned through the first lab how to properly implement a portfolio site using semantic HTML, while structuring the layout, styling and responsiveness through CSS. Basically, the first lab started with a basic tutorial on how to implement some features using box models, tags, and flexbox in order to better prepare us for the homework assignment that required us to build everything from scratch.

After completing everything and uploading both to canvas, we were required to do a knowledge check based on the information we have learned throughout the documentation. This was something separate yet vital in understanding HTML and CSS besides implementing that logic. Therefore, everyone was required to fully understand the concepts and significance of what we learned in the first week of CST336.
